Admission Information for the Incoming Exchange Students

Requirements for the Exchange Program Applicants:

1. You should be a full time student at your home university
2. Your home university and Koc University should have an exchange agreement
3. You must be nominated by your home institution
4. You must have a minimum CGPA of 2.5 out of 4.0
5. Since the academic language at KU is English, exchange students should be proficient in English to follow courses successfully and complete coursework.

Admission Deadlines:
For the Fall semester: June 30
For the Spring semester: October 30

Application Procedures:

1. Incoming Student Application Form (request it from This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it ) 
2. scanned image of passport size color photo,
3. scanned image of identification page of passport
4. scanned image of transcript
5. for non-native speakers of English, scanned image of TOEFL score card or scanned image of proficiency letter issued by home university.
 
Remarks:
The Exchange Office sends acceptance letters to the student's coordinators at the home institution.
